I first began teaching in 2005 as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. In 2006 i suffered a back injury which lead me into practising yoga as a way of improving my flexibility and healing my back. In 2009 I travelled to Goa, India to study Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga at The Ayurvedic Natural Health Centre, where I completed my first 200HR training. On my return home I began teaching Yoga in gyms, studios and offices across London. I now teach full-time private yoga lessons in Muswell Hill, the City of London and surrounding areas. I also teach on-site classes, private lessons and personal training at corporate clients in the City of London, along with classes for the Good Vibes studios in Covent Garden. I love learning and have since trained in teaching Meditation with the Dru International training school in North Wales. I recently completed my 500HR Prana Flow certification with Shiva Rea, and i’m currently studying with Eckhart Tolle and his School of Awakening. I also have a passion for Ayurveda and plant-based cooking and lifestyle. One of the things I love about being a yoga teacher and personal trainer is working with people and helping them to relieve the stresses and strains of modern life through the essential arts of Yoga, movement, diet, breath work and meditation. I hope to meet you one day too!
