I first began teaching in 2005 as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.  In 2006 i suffered a back injury which lead me into practising yoga as a way of improving my flexibility and healing my back.  In 2009 I travelled to India to study Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.  On my return home I began teaching Yoga in gyms, studios and offices across London.  I now teach full-time private yoga lessons in Muswell Hill and surrounding areas.  I also teach on-site classes and private lessons at a law firm in the City of London and at Drakes in Clerkenwell, along with classes for the Good Vibes studios in Covent Garden and Fitzrovia.  I love learning and have since trained in teaching Meditation with the Dru International training school in North Wales.  I’m currently studying Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea.  One of the things I love about being a yoga teacher is working with people.  I hope to meet you one day too!
